William Pisani and Alice Faraone are members of the Italian national sports dance team. They are Boogie-Woogie, West Coast Swing and Lindy Hop dancers and instructors at Big Beat Dance Studio at Milano. They have both been dancing since the age of nine, as a couple for 9 years. Winners of the regional championship, Italian Cup, Italian Championship, and overall Italian Boogie-Woogie Championship in the Junior category in the year 2011, Winners of the Italian Cup 2013/2014 2014/2015 and Italian Champions in the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019 seasons in the international class. Championship winners: World Couple Dance by Jitterbug and West Coast Swing in Turin in the 2014/2015 season. They have represented Italy for years in international competitions such as European and World Championships, they were finalists at the 2011 Lyon World Cup in the Junior category, while in the Main Class category at the World Masters in Geneva 2012, Winthertur and Rimini 2015. In 2017 they achieved a 6th place in the World Master in Rimini in July and an incredible 2nd place in the World Master in Stuttgart in August. In 2018 they were stopped from boogie-woogie competitions due to an injury, but they still had the opportunity to teach at international festivals and improve their style and technique in Lindy Hop. In this last season they returned with the boogie-woogie competitions, winning the overall Italian championship. Most of all they are our Friends!!
